Career Catalyst '25

In partnership with six other Rotaract clubs, this session aimed to enhance LinkedIn skills and career readiness, featuring expert Mr. Trevan Rumal, who guided participants on LinkedIn optimisation, personal branding, and job search strategies. The event encouraged digital professionalism and networking among youth, with discussions on workplace trends and career planning making it highly practical. Suggestions for improvement included hybrid delivery, multi-industry panels, and post-event mentorship.
