IGNITE Rotaract 2.0

This orientation aimed to train new board members on leadership and club management, preparing incoming board members through role-specific training, planning tools, and team-building exercises. Senior members guided the transition and encouraged discussion, ensuring clarity, alignment with club goals, and a smooth handover. Recommendations included adding mid-term follow-up sessions and practical simulations.
