Different on the surface, surprisingly similar underneath. Case File #12 brings overthinking and nonchalance into the same investigation.
The covers are blown, and behind the aliases are Rtr. Naushara Packeer and Rtr. Dinuri Munidasa, our Assistant Secretaries for the term 2026-27. Two personalities operating on completely different frequencies: One carries a science brain, a packed schedule, and enough thoughts to keep an entire investigation running; the other moves through life with an effortlessly unbothered exterior that hides just how deeply she cares. Different operating systems, perhaps, but both have a habit of showing up when it matters.
Introducing Rtr. Naushara Packeer

Naushara has perfected the art of announcing that she absolutely cannot manage everything on her plate and then somehow proceeding to manage it anyway. That relationship with an overloaded schedule actually goes back further than Rotaract. During university, she stayed away from the club because she knew balancing it alongside academics would be difficult. Now she has finally stepped into Rotaract, only to discover that the familiar “I can’t manage” speech has apparently followed her here too.
Behind all the overthinking, however, is someone with a sharp, science-oriented mind who genuinely thinks about the people around her. She may have a hundred thoughts competing for attention at once, but when someone she cares about needs her, there always seems to be room for one more.
BEYOND THE BLACK BELT
- When university and responsibilities finally give her brain a moment off, The Vampire Diaries is firmly within her viewing territory. Apparently, science and supernatural drama can coexist perfectly well.
- Beneath the karate genes and permanently overloaded operating system is someone genuinely kind-hearted who will listen to other people’s problems even while trying to untangle approximately seventeen of her own.
Introducing Rtr. Dinuri Munidasa

Dinuri might be one of the best examples of why first impressions should never be trusted. Quiet, effortlessly cool, and usually minding her own business, she can initially seem like very little bothers her. However, spend enough time around her, and the nonchalant act begins to fall apart. She cares deeply about the people she lets into her life and has a way of listening without judgement before delivering the kind of level-headed advice that makes you wonder why you didn’t ask her sooner.
More importantly, Dinuri doesn’t simply talk about being comfortable with who you are; according to the people closest to her, she teaches self-love simply by living it herself.
BEYOND THE NONCHALANCE
- Music is serious business in Dinuri's world. From Taylor Swift and Lana Del Rey to Ridma Weerawardhane and Dhanith Sri, and with a certain Jung Kook holding a particularly secure position, there is always another track worth getting excited about.
- Somewhere between writing poetry, enjoying a good rice and curry, and finding time for yet another Friends rewatch, she has also been stepping further outside her comfort zone through Rotaract, meeting new people and quietly allowing more of herself to shine.
One runs on overthinking; the other makes being unbothered look effortless. Yet beneath Naushara’s happy chaos and Dinuri’s quiet calm is the same thing: two people who care deeply, show up for those around them, and bring their own kind of warmth wherever they go.
And with that, Case File #12 is officially declassified. Welcome to the Board, Agents Naushara and Dinuri! One may need a reminder to eat and the other may pretend not to care, but between the overthinking and the nonchalance, we’d say this case is in pretty good hands.
